ONE "KNIGHT" STAND

If you've never attended Metro's monthly dance-travangaza known as One Night Stand, May is a good month to familiarize yourself. Along with Metro's own Kid Color, One Night Stand veterans Team Bayside High, and The Dirty Diamonds performing a live set, Metro will host a beat-laced battle royale between DJ Demchuk and British Knights. Don't let the name fool you: British Knights is all-American, and currently residing and remixing in Chicago. Check out his Soundcloud to stream British Knights' latest and hottest mixes.

The last thing on your to-do list is to save yourself some cash and pick up 2-for-1 advance tickets for One Night Stand on Friday, May 14. If you prefer to roll alone, or like to live on the edge, take your chances at being on of the first 100 people to arrive before 11 pm and get free entry. Otherwise, door open at 10, tickets are $6 before 11 pm and $8 after, and One Night Stand is 18 + over.
