8TH ANNUAL MUSIC MIXER

When's the last time you got a really great mix-tape? I don't mean what's-her-name's newest album ripped from a friend. I mean an honest to goodness, skillfully put together mix-tape (I will accept mix-CDs as well, but mix-MP3s are a fail).

When you come to the 8th annual Rock for Kids Music Mixer at Smart Bar on April 23rd, you'll get a chance to bid on one-of-a-kind mix-tapes (or CDs, whatever) from some of Chicago's finest. Not only that, but supporting Rock for Kids is a great way to rock for a good cause (as if we even need a good cause). DJ LA Jesus will once again be spinning the 21+ over event that will start at 6 p.m. this year so get your tickets in advance and let the bidding wars begin.
