ROCK REMEMBRANCE
This Friday, Chicago power pop trio, The Ivorys, are taking to the Metro stage to do what they do best: rock. This time around, the reason for the rock is a little different. The guys are playing for their late friend, Columbia College photographer and music lover, Jay Polhill. And what better way to celebrate the life of someone than to immortalize them in the their favorite music?
The Ivorys would love for everyone to come out and celebrate with them and other Chicago bands: Glasko, The Kickback (who is celebrating their EP release), and The Streets on Fire. Some of Jay's photography and poetry will be on display as the bands tackle an awesome set, so stop by and enjoy a little rock remembrance. Tickets are available now and at the door for the 18+ over show.
