SONGS FROM A SCENE

There's something about the holidays that invites tradition. Since 2000, Lucky Boys Confusion have had a tradition of their own: Songs From a Scene. Every year, in the week before New Years', the Chicago locals return home to play at Metro with some of their friends. Of course, the holidays also invite some surprises: at last year's show, the band announced that they would be putting out a new album in 2009. They made good on their promise, releasing Closing Arguments in June.

Songs From a Scene will take place this year on December 26. After you've slept off your eggnog hangover, come down to Metro to take part in this holiday in its own right. Lucky Boys Confusion will be joined by The Fold, The Action Blast, and The Attraction.
