The NY based indie quartet's awe-inspiring newest album, Veckatimest, is worth every second spent listening. Haunting harmony and electronic flourishes aside, the b-side of the albums new single "While You Wait for the Others," features an unexpected but phenomenal guest vocalist. The one and only Michael McDonald collaborates [on "While You Wait for the Others"] to provide an absolutely amazing baritone, giving the track some gut wrenching soul. Grizzly Bear is coming to Metro this September. If you've been reading, you know that we don't mean the 1,000 lb. North American beasts; I don't think we could sell tickets for that & more importantly, what would they do? No, the amazing NY based indie band Grizzly Bear will be stopping by Metro for two nights, September 27 and 28, on their almost sold out American tour with Beach House. The show is guaranteed to be amazing as both bands live performances are absolutely stellar. You can grab tickets for the shows on our website. Sunday’s show is all ages and starts at 7pm. Monday’s show is 18 & over and starts at 9pm.
