PRETTY FLY FOR A POP-PUNK BAND

Four Year Strong - Explains It All (the documentary)

What do Sugar Ray's "Fly," Nirvana's "In Bloom," and Tal Bachman's "She's So High" (don't pretend you don't remember that one) have in common? They're all tracks on Four Year Strong's new 90's cover album, Four Year Strong Explains It All. (We miss 90's Nickelodeon TV shows too, FYS.)

What else can we expect out of this album besides the obvious feel-good reminiscing of our youths? Guest appearances from John McCain of Every Time I Die, Travis McCoy of Gym Class Heroes and plenty of rowdy live renditions during their summer tour with Set Your Goals. And hey, we know you have to wait until next Tuesday to buy the album, but you can buy tickets now (and at doors) to catch FYS performing the hits from the album live at Metro TONIGHT at 6pm. I hope you'll all be wearing plaid. I know I will be.
