If you have a Mariah Carey-sized closet full of shoes, if you have more kicks than your girlfriend, if you consider yourself a sneaker aficionado....you might be a sneaker pimp.
Cue the shoe lovers dream event, Sneaker Pimps. This touring exhibition of over 1500 pairs of rare, limited edition, vintage, celebrity signed and artist collaborated sneakers also brags a collection of sneaker inspired artwork, fashion and photos (and should absolutely not be confused with the British trip-hop band). We're talking about the world's largest touring sneaker exhibition that luckily for us features performances from up and coming hip-hop and rock artists. This year, Sneaker Pimps stops by Metro on August 21st with sets from Clipse, Project Mayhem, and Mikkey Halsted.

After the show, head downstairs to Smart Bar (ages 21+) to check out DJ Qbert, a former Sneaker Pimps touring DJ.
