BACK TO THE FUTURE ROCK

Some say Future Rock is electronic sensory overload. They mean this only in the best of ways. With a groovable blend of funk, electronic, rock, and shoegaze, this trippy trio keeps you on your toes. The Chicago-based group has maintained a certain ethic of raging late-night parties and festivals throughout their career; incorporating a natural progression in their electronic flavor (never drawing out their songs to the point of exhaustion) while keeping production elements to a subtle minimum remains their steadfast system. The result: truly organic and groovy compositions. Future Rock returns to Metro this Friday, April 24th with Shout Out Out Out Out, Orchard Lounge and Bald Eagle.
