SMARTBAR GETS INKED AND TAGGED

The "basement" of Metro (aka Smartbar) is starting up a new, no cover industry night on Wednesdays, but this one is dedicated to those that ink-up the fine bodies of Chicago. Each Wednesday, INKED will feature a different tattoo parlor from in or around the city. Besides the work of each parlor being displayed, tattoo artists will also have the opportunity to DJ the night, so now we get to see exactly what's going on in these artists' heads, musically speaking. Double bonus points for those that attend... drink specials all night long AND each week TWO tattoo gift certificates will be raffled off, so if you've been pondering having some permanent art being done on your body but thought it might cost too much, well, now you have no excuses! INKED starts this Wednesday, February 21st with an appearance by Chicago Tattoo Co.
